Abstract: Economy of a country is adversely affected during emergent situations such as during curfews, pandemics, lockdowns, etc. During such situations, not only the large and the small scale businesses suffer a setback but also many people lose their jobs. Business are compelled to cut short for safety reasons which makes people suffer for their daily basic needs or have to avail them by paying considerable higher costs. These situations hamper in many ways the services offered to people and also the employment of mass. The IT industries and online businesses somehow make their way through this as they tend to continue their work online. However, those small businesses which work in offline mode suffer majorly as they are almost completely cut off. Present situation of pandemic i.e. effect of COVID-19 is a live example of the same. In this view, Terminal Dispatch Expeditor Application has been designed which is a service and employment based application. It not only aims to provides dispatch services of any kind of products to people but also will provide employment to many. It provides a way to digitalize the offline based shops and stores so as to make them flourish even during these emergent situations.
