My Experiments with Experiential Learning

Abstract: This present paper is a discussion of all such difficulties and drawbacks that are a part of teaching and learning of English as a language. It is also about my experiments as a Teacher and researcher that I have carried out in this direction. These experiments developed the innovative mindset and to made the learning process more joyful exercise for the students and encouraging for the teacher. Further education offers opportunities to everyone irrespective of class, caste, gender, marginalized or evens the socially and economically deprived people. However, sometimes these opportunities remain unclaimed due to the lack of knowledge and lack of proper information system to the beneficiaries. In such circumstances ICT or E- learning will be of great help in reaching the various educational schemes and facilities to the large number of people. In other words technology or the internet can be the great leveller, the equalizer.
