Abstract: In the competitive world, employees are the biggest assets of the organisation. Their interests should be taken care of at the organisation level. For this, the organisation should take utmost efforts to produce better environment to get qualitative output and also such worthy workers should be retained for the benefit of the organisation. Henceforth, the attrition could get reduced. This paper contributes towards finding out the personal factors of the employees which leads to the attrition of the employees.
