Name of Author :

Abstract:
The primary goal of the current study is to bring up various issues, problems, and facets of immigrants lives. The diasporic literature includes ideas of homeland, the location from which displacement happens, and narratives of arduous journeys that are made out of necessity or choice. Diasporic or migrant writers learn to live with numerous, frequently conflicting concepts of self and community through experiences of translocation, displacement, and relocation. The current study, however, aims to assess the issues of diaspora, memory, and identity crises with particular emphasis on female diaspora poets like Meena Alexander and Sujata Bhatt.
