Abstract:
The play opens with the Puja to Lord Ganesh by the Bhagavata asks to bless the actors who are going to act in the stage. He begins to introduce the characters to the audience. Devadatta, son of a Brahmin Pandit who is very close to the King and Kapila, the son of an Iron smith are friends.
