Abstract: The span of global proliferation and fast technological evolution has changed the people’s life style drastically. Science, Engineering and technology contribute a major part in the modern community. Government initiated and discussed about the involvement of women in Science, Engineering and Technology area. Women have a freedom to convey their self-interest in the field of science and technology but some problems in this zone. Women involvement can make the improvement of science and technology it may provide some good impression in that field. Still women have not better accessibility in IT when compared to the men. Women interest is less in science and technology. A huge portion of women works in maximum countries are engaged in agricultural zone and take part in the produce of food and farming. Some women are involved in household works also.
