Study of Soil Quality in Pudukottai District

Abstract: This paper presents soil quality of Pudukottai located at latitude 100.38N and longitude 78.820E in the valley of river velar. The undistributed and distributed soil samples were collected by auger and by core sampling about 7cm X 4cm to a depth of about 30cm from the surface. Nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium availability were estimated.
