There are people who have fondness for the western life. Due to their fondness they migrate to western countries. Migration leads to a drastic change in their life. Some gets easily adapted to it and some find it difficult in the change in their lifestyle. They can neither follow their own culture nor the new culture. They have hybrid culture. By this they loss their own originality. Acceptance of English life style can be well seen in the novel, lowland by JhumpaLahiri.
