He concentrates more on the socio-historical perspective of partition in India. The present paper A Socio-Historical perspective of partion in Manokar Malgonkars A Bend in the Ganges deals with the partition of two souls Hindu-Muslim or India- Pakistan. He projects the picture of a border region during August1947.
