Abstract: There is a mismatch between Urban and Rural scenario in the field of education. While all urbanites are blessed with elite institution in their vicinity, rural students are not. The benefits of higher centers of learning are yet to strike a balance between these two extremes and their needs. Therefore it is of paramount importance to explore the possibilities to materialize the dream of makings available all the innovations and advancements achieved in the field of education, equally to all sections of students. This is the result of a questionnaire circulated by me among a broad spectrum of rural students, teacher and the public.
