Technology in Teaching and Learning with Reference to NEP 2020

Abstract: Education is as vital and has an ability to change whole world. It brings desirable changes among population from grass root level. Education shape up the life of humans and allows to live with grace and empowerment. The purpose of the education system is to develop good human beings capable of rational thought and action, possessing compassion and empathy, courage and resilience, scientific temper and creative imagination, with sound ethical moorings and values. It aims at producing engaged, productive, and contributing citizens for building an equitable, inclusive, and plural society as envisaged by our Constitution. Originally, Indian education system had a very distinctive system and focused on holistic development. NEP 2020 also focus on holistic development of each students engaged in Indian education. NEP 2020 brings desirable changes with potential use of technology in education system. NEP 2020 guided the technical aspects of education. Present article focus on technical aspects in NEP 2020.
