The Concept of a Non-formal Pattern Program of Management Model in Higher Education

Abstract:
This article seeks to explore and find the description and the orientation of the role of higher education as an effort to utilize the results of development, that the wealth of higher education such as scientific research and development, community service, and scientific publications is a source of knowledge and experience that can be accessed by the wider community. The concept model for the utilizing the existing development programs in higher education can be done by opening the access for the community through sort courses (extension program) in the principles of non-formal management education program or offering program to the public in the form of profession development training by applying the certification competence through the study program as the core of the organization. The competency certification training program in education management can be followed by alumni or graduates of management education / administration education, or people who need to be equipped for work on scientific recognition and professional skills in education management. The pattern of organizing the professional skills programs in the form of sort-courses or other extensions, is required to follow the pattern of change in the emergence of the disruption era, by giving people outside the campus about the flexibility to use the results of higher education development.
