Abstract:
The purpose of the present study was to measure the university students’ perceptions of using mobile for learning during COVID-19 pandemic. The study was descriptive in nature. The sample was taken from six departments of Faculty of Social Sciences, Aligarh Muslim University and consisted of 300 students. Standardized questionnaire was administered for measuring their perceptions. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The statistical results clearly indicated that most of the students have negative perceptions of mobile learning, although most of them agreed that mobile learning is helpful to cover the study gap to a certain extent during this COVID-19 pandemic time. Based on these findings, some pedagogical suggestions are being made that will help the educational institutions and teachers to enhance the teaching-learning process using mobile learning.
