Innovations in Language Teaching and Learning Process
Name of Author :
A Manikandan, Dr. S Poonguzhali
Abstract:
Nowadays Language teaching and learning is a very big challenge to the teacher and students. The new innovative teaching learning method is the most essential in the learning process of language. I conducted an Experimental Research in Erode District with the 30 samples of slow learners who are not able to read and write in both Tamil and English. After completing the 30 days of experiments their language skills both reading and writing are simply raised according to my pre and post test results. I conduct this Experimental Research in intensive (controlled group) classroom coaching, along with self-prepared e-content for language learning materials. I also taught yoga and Meditation to improve their concentration. Moreover, Respective language teachers (my colleagues) of those 30 Sample students also assessed the difference from my research. According to my experimental research findings, I strongly suggest that the uses of e-content, Yoga, and meditation play a vital role in new innovative language teaching and learning processes.
