Worlds Distribution of Covid-19 Cases and The Benfords Law

Abstract:
A novel corona virus causing severe respiratory disease, now known as COVID-19, has been declared pandemic by the World Health Organization. It spread to almost all countries in the world, recording a number of COVID-19 positive cases, deaths, and recoveries. In this study, we examined the distribution of the reported COVID-19 data if it conforms to the principle of the Benfords Law.
